Solution
Registration & Enrollment Forms
Digitize and standardize enrollment paperwork across all sites and programs
Purpose-Built Solution for Multi-Site Childcare
Many childcare organizations still rely on paper packets or fillable PDFs, while others have adopted digital form tools that weren’t designed for multi-site childcare networks. These approaches often lead to duplicated forms across programs, manual tracking of submissions, and limited visibility into completion status across locations.
UpBup centralizes enrollment workflows for multi-site and multi-program organizations, allowing families to submit forms online while administrators track progress, manage requirements, and maintain compliance across every program and site from one unified system.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do returning families need to re-enter their information during the next enrollment cycle?
No. Every family has an UpBup account, so last year’s answers are saved and automatically filled in for new year’s forms. Answers that are expected to change, such as height, weight, and grade, are reset so families provide current information. Parents review, update what’s different, and submit the new forms.
How can families update information after they’ve enrolled?
Only information from forms that parents have signed and submitted is visible to staff in the forms dashboard and reports.
What if a child attends more than one program within our organization?
Form requirements are set for each program, and common information is saved to the family’s account. When a child joins a second program, that common information is filled in, and the family completes only the questions specific to that program.
What happens when we need to introduce a new form or change an existing one?
Your enrollment workflows do not have to remain static. Forms can be updated as your organization’s requirements change, allowing you to accommodate new internal policies, licensing requirements, or program-specific paperwork.
Can we send a family just one new or updated form instead of asking them to complete their entire enrollment packet again?
Yes. Staff can request individual forms as needed. This is useful when a specific document needs to be renewed or when a new requirement is introduced after the original enrollment paperwork has already been completed.
Can parents upload documents such as physical exams or medication consent forms?
Yes. Parents can upload required documents from either a desktop or mobile device. On mobile, they can choose an existing file or photo, or take a new photo with their phone’s camera and upload it directly.
What kinds of custom reports are available from enrollment form responses?
UpBup can report on any information collected in your enrollment forms — such as allergies, pickup permissions, demographics, and more. Reports can be exported to Excel for additional analysis or easy sharing.
Can we track children’s attendance in UpBup?
Yes. Administrators can record arrival and departure times, mark children as absent, add attendance notes, and review attendance by week. Attendance data can be downloaded to Excel for record-keeping and reporting.
